Everything, in one table
The rest of the site is arranged to make arguments — symbols oldest first, sources in order of writing, cult sites west to east. This page makes none. It is the flat index: every figure, text, symbol, place, power, affliction and hierarchy the corpus holds, filtered as you type.
Alternate spellings are searched alongside canonical names, which matters more here than it looks: most of these figures are known under three or four, and a reader who types Ashmedai should not have to know the corpus files him as Asmoday. The Held column counts what the corpus actually has on a row — texts naming a figure, entries in a source, figures at a place — so sorting by it is a rough measure of substance rather than of fame.
